- At what point does it move from expensive to affordable?
- Which step would you like removed? (why?)
- Why do you choose this TASK as opposed to any other? (let them mention the other options that may exist do not feed them options)
- Why did they pick TASK as opposed to the options they gave you in the previous question?
- How often do you experience problems when you try to perform TASK?
- What happens before you experience the problem trying to perform TASK?
- What happens after you experience the problem trying to perform TASK?
- What do you dislike about TASK? (get the negative experience)
- How much would you pay to take that negative experience away?
- Can you show me how you do TASK?
- How have you tried to improve TASK?
- What solution would help you perform TASK better?
- What is the maximum amount you would pay to eliminate the problem that you face trying to perform TASK?
- Are you currently paying for a solution that attempts to eliminate the problem you mentioned that you would pay to be removed?
