Customer Solution Discovery – Dissecting the Iceberg

In the problem discovery phase, we looked at the iceberg. Once we understand what makes up the iceberg we need to dissect it with our solution.

Dissect the Iceberg:

Understand why the target customer is currently spending money on solving the problem.

What features in a SOLUTION would help/make them?

  1. Save money
  2. Do things quicker
  3. Make things simpler
  4. Pick one SOLUTION over another
  5. Pay a premium price
